We always believe that human resources are the most
important productivity. Therefore, all the management strategies and functioning

system we adopt is personnel evasion. Personnel recruiting should be checked and
acknowledged respectively by human resources center and the personnel needing
department, putting an end to the phenomenon of "employing by favor". 2.
Training We have different kinds of training programs, through which
the vocational capability and comprehensive technical ability of the staff are
improved. In the light of the training need of different branches, corresponding
training plans are arranged, which enables the staff to be qualified and merge
into the company's culture. 3. Appointing: 1) The principle: having
both ability and integrity. We hold that those who have both are certified,

will be at their hands. 4. Keeping personnel: 1) High salary
policy. Basing our company on a famous brand, we attract talent with better
salary and welfare than other enterprises of the same trade. 2) Taking
staffs as our most valuable treasure, we welcome those who have left our
